The Bailey Head
The Bailey Head is a multi-award-winning independent freehouse located in the heart of Oswestry.
Renowned for its exceptional drinks selection and welcoming atmosphere, it features the largest ever-changing range of draught real ale, craft beer, cider, and perry in Shropshire, boasting 28 draught lines, including six cask lines, alongside an extensive bottle and can collection.
Beyond its impressive beverage menu, which also includes over 100 gins, spirits, and wines, the dog-friendly pub is celebrated for its warm, community-focused ethos.
While they do not serve hot kitchen food, visitors are warmly encouraged to bring in local takeaways or outside food to enjoy alongside their drinks.

“Amazing selection of Beer and Cider. They even had a pastry stout on tap! Quirky interior with varied and interesting seating in a great location. Bring in your takeaway and Dogs too!“
